Refund policy

We believe you'll love our formulas, but if you're not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after order fulfillment to request a return.

To start a return, please email us at hello@pinkrootproducts.com with your order information. Once your return is accepted, we'll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Kindly note that refunds will only cover the total cost of the products purchased, excluding shipping and handling charges. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

At present, returns are only accepted within the USA.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

Final Sale
All final sale purchases are nonrefundable.
